How do I find out about visa requirements?
Visa requirements for a particular destination will be shared to you through email upon your request.
How can I join the group if the group is already flocked?
If the group is already flocked, that means the group has already reached required group size. Group will be again allowed to join only if there would be cancellations from travelers.
Do I need to be vaccinated?
Yes, you need to be double vaccinated to join travel flocks listed on our website.
How will I know if I have won the lucky draw?
Once after the payment, we will arrange lucky draws on a particular day and same will be communicated to all travelers through whatsapp or email. Travelers will be requested to be present when lucky draws are arranged. For some reason, if you are unable to attend lucky draws and if you happen to be that one lucky winner, we will inform you through phone or whatsapp or email. Lucky winners will be announced on the same day in front of travelers. Travelers who won lucky draws will only pay for flight & visa. Lucky winner will get refund for the land package.
Can I make payments after the lucky draws?
Lucky draws are conducted only after full payments from travelers. After lucky winner has been announced, no cancellations are allowed and the payments are 100% non refundable except when destination has travel advisories from respective authority.
Can I customize the Flock travelers group itineraries?
No, you may not be able to customize the flock travel itineraries. Each travelers will have their own ideas about itineraries. It would be very difficult to incorporate and operate itinerary or package based on travellers of different opinions and ideas. Please join the group only if you are ready to fly with the flock who has agreed to travel as per the preplanned itinerary. Anyway, if you already have your own group which has special requirements, we can customize the itinerary as per your request.
I am planning to travel with my family or with my friends. How can I proceed further?
Flock Travelers is ready to make your travel aspirations come true. If you would like to travel as a free independent traveler, you can connect with one of our Travel Advisors with your travel requirement through our "Discover Travel Advisors" tab on our menu. Free independent travelers are those travelers who usually travel as a solo, couple or in small or intimate groups of friends or family. Lucky draws are conducted only for the group size more than 35 pax.
What happens after joining group?
When you join the flock, you would be directed to google form link to send us your details to block flight seats and Hotels. The details may include your first name, last name, date of birth, passport number, validity of your passport, meal type, phone number and email address etc. Once we make sure flights and Hotels are blocked, we will inform the time limit for all travelers to make payment. Payment has to be made before the time limit so we can also make payments in time to our partners to confirm whole arrangement. When everyone has made the payment, we will conduct lucky draws to announce lucky winner for free land package. Lucky winner will get refund of payment for land package. Flock members will get all the required Holiday vouchers as soon as we get confirmation from our partner. Any deviation in the procedure will be informed to the travelers through our whatsApp group.
Is there any flock joining registration fee?
Yes, there will be registration fees of Rs 100.00 to participate in lucky draws or to join flocks, which would be requested later once you submit your details. The registration fees are collected to support this platform with website maintenance, to reach more more travelers and to provide better service to all our valued travelers. If you don't wish to pay registration fees, you can always contribute by sharing this platform with your friends on social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter. You can simply copy the link to the post and submit the link along with other requested details while joining the respective flock or group. Once we verify to realize you have shared this platform, we won't ask for registration fee to join flocks.
